Transformational Healing typically prepares all products for shipping within 1-3 days. Please see our shop banner for current shipping times.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. Site wide shipping delays will be posted on the home page shop banner.
Throughout the year, there are several times that shipping will be delayed up to one week. This delay will always be posted in advance.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s created.
Any item that is made to order will be clearly marked and will also have the exact amount of time that we predict it will take to make the item and prepare it for shipping.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade or from slightly varying cuts on herbs from our wholesalers. We try to update herbal pictures as soon as possible.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Keep tinctures and essential oils in a cool dark place. Do not touch the droppers to your skin or your mouth. This helps to prevent contamination.
* Keep all herbs and spiritual products in sealed containers. Remove the air from zip top bags and keep them closed when you are not using them to keep the items fresh.
* Do not put your fingers into salves or facial products. Use a cotton swab or the supplied plastic spoon to take a small amount out of the bottle. This helps to prevent contamination.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* They are left out in the sun.
* They are left in the car and exposed to extreme temperature changes.
* They are contaminated by an introduction of bacteria from an outside source.
* They are not sealed and stored properly.

Important Information for International Shipping
We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through USPS.
We are currently shipping internationally to Canada only.
Transformational Healing is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, delays, lost or wayward International orders as they are not trackable from the USA. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Transformational Healing and supplying an international shipping address, the Buyer agrees to the above. Transformational Healing specifically is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility.
It is an investment to ship overseas, so we encourage our international customers to include multiple items to make the journey worthwhile.
Shipping Cost Calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
* We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50.00.
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1-3 to be prepared.
Please contact Transformational Healing, within 3 days of delivery, if you have an issue with your purchase. We will work with you to come to the best solution.
All Herbal and Aromatherapy Products cannot be returned for Health Reasons. We are unable to resell those products.
Returns must be made in the original shipping container, bubble wrap & packing material, so the items arrive undamaged.
Return breakage due to failure to notify Transformational Healing of a return or to re-package sufficiently will forfeit refunds.
Return Shipping Fees are paid for by the buyer, unless there was an error with your order.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Properly returned items will be refunded minus the original shipping fee (actual shipping fee if you qualified for free shipping) and a $2.00 restocking fee.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Personalized and/or customized goods, unless the product arrives defective.
* All items purchased on sale.
* Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back until you contact us regarding the return. There may be circumstances in which we have you dispose of the item. We may need pictures and descriptions from you first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Admin@TransformationalHealingbyDawna.com.
We will ask you to send us pictures of the defective item.

Returned, Lost, or Damaged Shipping Items
Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address, or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Transformational Healing.
This return fee, plus original shipping fees (actual shipping fee if you qualified for free shipping) and a $2 restocking fee will be deducted from any refunds made.
If for any reason your order arrives broken or is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will come to a solution.
Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Transformational Healing is not responsible for losses if your address is not correctly entered into your account or if you do not send us a message to correct the address before the postage is purchased.
Packaged that are marked as delivered by USPS, and stolen, must be reported to the police. These issues are sadly, out of our control.
