Pour spice pack into a large pot. (crockpot)
Add: 2 quarts of Cranberry – Grape Juice, 2 ½ Cups of Apple Juice / Cider, and 1 ¼ Cups of Orange Juice.
Optional: Add ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar.
Simmer on Medium High heat for 15 mins. (set to high for 1 hour)
Add 1 ¼ Cups of Bourbon or Dark Rum.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. (set to low for 4-8 hours) Stir Occasionally.
Serve.
NOTE:
Store leftovers of your blend, if there are any, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
You can also add your Wassail Spice pack to Port Wine and simmer for 1 hour and serve.
