Share the warmth of the season with your family and friends! Our Wassail for Yule Spice Blend adds that special touch to warmed cider or the traditional blend of juices and spirits of your choice.
This Spice Pack contains everything that you need to make the magic happen. It does not need to be refrigerated and will stay fresh until you are ready to add it to your brew.

Wassail for Yule Ingredients:
- Organic Dried Orange Peel
- Organic Clove Buds
- Organic Cinnamon Sticks
- Star Anise
Spiced Cider Wassail Recipe:
Pour spice pack into a large pot.
Cover with 1 gallon of Apple Cider. Optional: Add ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar.
Bring to light boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Stir Occasionally.
Alternatively, you can put the above into your Slow Cooker on low for several hours and keep it warm for your entire party and not have to worry about it being on the stove.
Traditional Alcoholic Wassail:
Pour spice pack into a large pot. (crockpot)
Add: 2 quarts of Cranberry – Grape Juice, 2 ½ Cups of Apple Juice / Cider, and 1 ¼ Cups of Orange Juice.
Optional: Add ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar.
Simmer on Medium High heat for 15 mins. (set to high for 1 hour)
Add 1 ¼ Cups of Bourbon or Dark Rum.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. (set to low for 4-8 hours) Stir Occasionally.
Store leftovers of your blend, if there are any, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
You can also add your Wassail Spice pack to Port Wine and simmer for 1 hour and serve.
