Sweet Grass Braid

Sweet Grass is traditionally used to prepare a space for ritual or in ceremony to bring sweetness back into the area.

In my teachings Sage breaks up the negative energy, Cedar grounds that energy, and Sweet Grass is used to fill the void will positive energy.
