Loving Seed Bombs DIY

Loving Seed Bombs

Are you an earth loving, green witch who just loves the chance to participate in some garden loving, spellcrafting fun? Let’s make some Loving Seed Bombs to spread that love!

They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We think that a field full of wildflowers in every color imaginable is pretty darn gorgeous!

The feeling you get knowing that you helped to not only make the world a more beautiful place, but also helped all those hard working pollinators out there, is pretty spectacular too.

Let’s go get our hands dirty!

Alternative Seed Bomb Method

This one is great to do with children!

Create fun rhymes and songs that fill the air with your chosen intention.

Ingredients:

  • 6 pieces Construction Paper, assort. colors
  • 3-5 pkg. Flower Seeds
  • Food Processor
  • Scissors
  • Water

Directions:

  1. Cut each piece of paper into about 1-inch squares and put them into a small dish. Keep each paper color in its own dish.
  2. Fill each dish with water just until the paper is covered. Soak the paper for about 20 minutes.
  3. Take one of the bowls of paper and wring it out about halfway. Put it in the food processor and pulse the paper into a pulp. Repeat this with all the paper colors and put the pulp back into each of their bowls.
  4. Sprinkle some seeds into each bowl of paper, mix them in a little, and press the pulp and seeds into balls. If the pulp is a little dry, put a few sprinkles of water on the pulp. It will help it to hold its shape better.
  5. Feel free to mix the colors as you create your seed bombs.
  6. Set the seed balls on a sheet pan to dry overnight.
  7. Plant your seed bombs by throwing them at bare parts of your garden or fields. Remember to spread your loving intention everywhere!
