Ostara Herbs and Oils

Let’s chat about the Herbs and Oils for Ostara, but first what is this wheel of the year holiday?

Ostara, also known as the Vernal Equinox, is typically celebrated on, or around, the 21st of March.  It is the first day of Spring. This is one of the two holidays in which we celebrate the balance of the light and dark.

We are entering the light half of the year. By light half, I do not mean anything good or bad, but simply that the sun is up for more hours in the day then it is set.

If you live in the southern hemisphere, the opposite is true. You would be having more night time then day time.

My Ostara Incense & Anointing Oil are created with the intention of Celebrating Ostara, the Vernal Equinox, the balance of light and dark, to welcome Spring, the blossoming of beautiful spring flowers, and the renewal of the land.

It is time to clean and refresh!
