My Breathe Free Essential Oil Blend was created after much experimenting to find a perfect blend that opened up your sinus cavities, but was not too strong. This blend is still meant to be used with care. It is not meant to be applied to the skin without being diluted in carrier oils.
The 100% Pure Essential Oils used are Peppermint, Spearmint, Wintergreen, and Eucalyptus.
The Intention is literally to allow you to be able to breathe freely and clear you head of congestion. It is also great to clear your mind.

Breakdown of the Essential Oil Choices:
Peppermint: Cooling; Clears the mind; Lifts the spirits; Wakes you up; Helps with fatigue; Purification; Brings luck, happiness, and love; Release, renewal, transformation; Clears Sinuses; Relaxes muscles.
Spearmint: Warming; Restorative; Helps clear the mind and brings focus; Assists with fatigue, nervous strain, and stress relief; Brighten disposition; Renewal, rest and transformation; Clears sinuses; Helps to relieve muscle tightness.
Wintergreen: Warming; Stimulant; Wake up the mind; Aids memory; Healing body and mind; Awakening; Ease sinus congestion; Aid in muscle relaxation.
Eucalyptus: Cooling; Balancing; Head clearing; Stimulant; Invigorating; Healing body aches and clearing mind; Renewal of thoughts; Heightens mental focus; Eases sinus congestion; Aids in muscle relaxation.
How to Safely Use this Essential Oil Blend:
- Mix a few drops in your humidifier water.
- Place a few drops in steaming hot water, in a bowl (Not on the Stove!) and use as a steam inhalation.
- If you put water on your radiators, you can add a drop or two each day.
- Put a few drops off to the side of your tub and take a hot shower.
- You may also mix a few drops with the carrier oil or lotion of your choice to apply a small amount to your chest or to the soles of your feet to help with congestion.
- A small amount goes a long way.
- Always do a spot check for reactions.
- A single drop on a tissue is also helpful.
- Do Not use on Children.
- Avoid during pregnancy.
- Avoid facial area.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.

My goal is to help you to understand how both individual essential oils work and how they can combine into wonderful blends. You also want these blends to smell good. There are tons of options of essential oils that have these properties. The goal is to find the correct balance that makes the products smell good and have the aromatherapy effects that you are working towards.
